Quotzy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Quotzy mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You agree not to use the App for unlawful or unauthorized purposes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

Use of the App requires authentication via Google Sign-In. On supported platforms, additional sign-in methods may also be available.

By signing in, you agree to provide accurate information.
We may use your name and optional data (such as date of birth) to personalize your experience within the App.

4. Subscriptions (Pro Features)

The App offers optional paid features ("Pro") through the official in-app purchase system of your device platform (Apple App Store or Google Play).

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions are managed through your device's subscription settings.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings, depending on your device.

Pro features may include:

- access to premium themes

- removal of ads

- extended customization options

Features may change over time.

5. Tips (Motivation Jar – available on iOS only)

The App may offer optional one-time tips.

Tips are voluntary and do not unlock features.

Payments are processed by Apple.

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including text, graphics, logos, UI elements, and design, is the property of Quotzy or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission.

“Quotzy Originals” backgrounds are proprietary and may not be reused or redistributed.

7. Third-Party Services and Content

The App uses third-party services and resources, including:

- Google Sign-In (all platforms)

- Apple Sign In (iOS only)

- Google AdMob (advertising)

- Unsplash (icons)

- Flaticon (icons)

- Google Fonts (fonts)

These services and assets are subject to their own terms and licenses. Advertising may be personalized based on your consent. We request any permissions or consent required by applicable laws and platform requirements. For iOS devices, tracking permission is requested through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quotzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
